    Pros

    Their prepaid billing system is fast and accurate for a real time engine. The company is blesses i Germany by some very open minded and global leadership attitude

    - No global vision. The company is trying to open the Middle East, Africa and Asian market but with no vision nor direction - The middle east office in Dubai has very bad resources - a lot of their additional products [aside of the prepaid billing] is not mature with no road maps. At some stages it was conveyed as existing products to clients but it is a lie - The overall management is the HQ doesn't have any... moral toward the rights of their international employees - They are not honest and this is a major reason why they cannot get any proper business in MEA region

    - Until you have a proper vision for the international expansion, better is to close all your international offices. - Be honest to employees and don't steal the rights and benefits of employees - Almost all of the people who lift your company they talk badly about Orga Systems. This is clear indication that you have no culture as a company and you have one of the worst HR division seen in the telecom sector in... the region - When a clear vision is developed for international expansion, please don't send people from Germany to run the show, do try to bring on board people who can create international culture and later synergy with the office in Germany, and last to build up a business
