Pros

Salary will be on time. None other pro than that. Even company is also itself not pro in their work anymore. So you can expect Salary as a pro thing.

There are a lot of cons. Go through each paragraph. First is the office timings:- If you are expecting your employees to be at 8 am or 8:30 am in the office then you should also believe in when they are leaving at 5:30 pm or 6 pm and not making them work for late hours just for your fun. But, Netset believes in the daylight thing. They will see in the morning that Oh the sun is up it's office time and in the evening it's been sunset, let's go home. Going home means you will get enough time to go to your home to eat and sleep. No personal life I would say. Also, this daylight and sunset thing doesn't applies on COO and to his one of the close who works as a Team Lead. Second is the Management:- There is no hierarchy being followed in the company. Also, by Management there is only one person i.e. COO. He is taking more than 12 LPA and the work he does is just sitting idle in his cabin and watching youtube videos. He call himself blockchain consultant and NFT-Defi thing but if someone asks him what about the mobile and web projects those came into the company prior starting the work on Blockchain, where are those? From the time he became Manager & COO, there were like 100 projects that came through but merely 5 were delivered successfully with good clientele rate and rest the clients are disputing for their work or money. Some projects which were not resumed after the designing or some development part, they were side dealt by him without getting in notice of CEO and still CEO doesn't knows about these things. CEO thinks the company is not getting any projects but he doesn't know his COO is making side deals with the clients to fulfill his pockets. Third is the Appraisal:- Employees work hard to keep a good report of the company but company had a policy of appraisal to be finalized in the 3 months from the due date. First if your tenure is due in the first month then you have to wait for full 3 months to get a response from the company on the appraisal. If by chance you get to the company HR for the appraisal in the very first month of your due date then he/she would tell you to wait until any meeting happen or you will not get any appraisal for making too many approaches. Like this they will waste 3 months. If your appraisal gets approved in the 3 months then it's well and good and if not then you have put a resignation and serve a notice period of 60 to 90 days as per your tenure. Now, which counts to 6 months of your career on the same salary which you were working prior to your tenure. During the notice period the management will treat you like as you are a liability to them. They won't appreciate you and they won't allow you to take leave until you have got someone dead in your life. Forth is the Politics:- Management play politics among the employees and themselves (now there is only one management i.e. COO so no themselves). COO aim was to take over the company from past 5 years so he played the cards smoothly by eliminating the 2 superior employees of the company who were in the management. He framed the image of both the employees in front of CEO in such a way that they were not worth of the salary they were getting. If someone asks, was he paying them from his own pocket? He first get the superior employees taken down from the company and gets increment by showing CEO that I can handle their work too. End result is a mess of things he create in the office. Further, he kills the increment of the employees and get the same amount increase in his salary. COO doesn't thinks of the company future. All he wants to be at the top of the pile by eliminating what is & was worth for the company. Fifth is the Appraisal terms:- Companies give appraisal to their employees based on the yearly performance but Netset will give based on the past month or the last project delivered. They will degrade you to your lowest during the time of your appraisal meetings that you on your own will feel to resign and then the company blames on you that you yourself has resigned and we were providing you a good appraisal. The appraisal they would give would be 10% or less and then would show themselves as they have given the highest package in the market. That is the reason they are only paying high salary to their two or three employees because they know if they aren't with the Netset then company would not be able to deliver any project on time. Although they don't deliver now as well. (haven't count COO in this two or three employees). Six th is the Change in the Job Roles:- It doesn't matter what position or designation you've joined the company. The company would change your designation within the months of joining. You will feel like you are in a labor class working for the company and getting paid as a Majdur. They are just playing with the careers of their employees. It's not in their hands to make their employees do dusting and cleaning in the office by changing your role. Else, they would do this as well. Seven th is the company policy:- There was no maternity leave policy included in the company till one of the special employee of the company had a case. The moment there was a good news, it was a time to get a change in the company policies as you can't say her to resign or hold her salary for the months because she was the top most employee of the company. Many female employees who were married were taken down due to this policy. Now they had a policy that if any female employee is having 5 years of experience working in the Netset only then only she is applicable for this. Man, which company does this thing? then you guys called yourself as MNC. You don't know M of MNC. Eight th is the company leave policy:- If you are not a managerial level person in the company then you won't get long leaves but if you one of them then you can get a long leave for 15 to 20 days for your personal matters as well. Strange, company provide you this much leave for your own marriage but how cool it is with Netset to provide 15 to 20 days leave for your personal matters. But as said only possible if you are on a managerial position. For your own marriage the company would give you leave of 10 days in which you need to get done with the rituals, marriage and vacation. You can't ask for a long leave here if it's paid as well. Nineth is the company environment:- The environment is so toxic that the company has shuffled it's employees 3 times in past 3 years and upon that has decreased the strength too. The total employee strength was around 80 to 100 but now it has just came to 40 to 50 with the whole lot of new employees. Their best employees have resigned of this toxic environment and have joined better companies to save their future. Many employees have resigned from their positions due to COO. Time tracking software is meant to be used by all the employees but COO doesn't keep a record of his work logs as he thinks he is the only one who is working full time in the company and rest of the employees come to office just for the time pass. COO plots against the company policies and employees and use them at his best interest. HR doesn't have authority of anything here. HR is just sitting to bring the candidates for the interview only. Rest, all the office work is done by the COO. CEO should think about this and take responsibilities rather than trusting COO blindly. Tenth is the fake commitment:- In Netset if anyone tells you from the management that the word given to you will be fulfilled then don't believe them. Take the things in the writing and stamped from them. Once the work is completed then they will be like who the hell are you? Did we say this thing? show us a proof. And, at that time the employee is left with no choice and move forward just to save their future as they give threats of not giving any referrals and recommendations for the employees and not giving experience letter too. I think this would be enough for one to know about the company and it's structure. And, believe me it's no more best for the freshers to kick start their career. It was once but not more.
