    Cool people. Good location. Company events and beer at work. Snacks and catered food often.

    Kontras

    Seems impossible to succeed if you aren’t white, Jewish, blonde or mail. There are no black or brown people in any position of power (this does not included supervisors, although there aren’t many)

    Nothing beyond the minimum benefits any company provides.

    There is nothing to recommend this company, unfortunately. The executive leadership is terrible and exhibits a shocking lack of integrity towards their employees and clients. There is no vision, and major business decisions are made from a purely reactionary place. They can no longer retain or attract talent. There is no career development or opportunity for advancement except through... nepotism/favoritism/sexism/being Jewish. No one trusts the HR department so problems go under-reported (as HR staff are either perpetrating or allowing problematic behavior to continue). The upper management across most departments produce nothing of value, but only tear everyone around them down in an attempt to justify their own job titles. People who have a strong work ethic and seek constructive collaboration will be worn down by the company's refusal to make any improvements for collective benefit. Innovation and passion are met with resistance and hostility. There is no transparency regarding promotions/bonuses/advancement/opportunities (often talented people are undermined by their colleagues or managers). The work environment really has to be seen to be believed. Unprofessional at every level.

    Management is beyond advice because they know what their problems are and have chosen not to improve the way the company is run - but: Eliminate 90% of your bureaucratic/non-production positions. Gut the HR department. Develop talent and reward it. Stop treating people like children. Compensate people for their work.
