    It was once a great company in a great industry doing great things with a great purpose. There is still some of that left, but it's vanishing rapidly.

    The company actually seems to WANT people to leave. For example, it paid no bonuses for anyone n fiscal 2018, regardless of performance. So employees who are bonus-eligible are being told year after year that the guy next to you let you down, so we're (get this) going to punish YOU TOO! EVEN IF they had a massive sales increase!     Too many to list. Supportive management. Fantastic people. And most of all, the opportunity to make a real difference in society and in the lives of so many teachers and students. McGraw-Hill is a great place to work on cutting-edge technologies with smart folks.
