there is lots of room for advancement in the company, as there's lots of turnover and 're-orgs' constantly. for the most part, the people who work there are nice and mostly get along

unless you're a top performer, the pay can be lower than industry averages. they stick to corporate policies to determine salary instead of looking at employees individually. teams are segregated, and do not work well together all of the time (lots of finger pointing back and forth)
