low pay,low staff morale,to much back stabbing,bullying and harrassment by managers and managers above them,the targets are very high and you are stressed every day,this company will drain the life out of you in a couple of years,once you are not needed you will be moved on/out,this is not a careing company and the amount of work you are expected to do on the front counter is horrendous and at least half the time you could be on your own in the shop,mistakes are made,too many to list and this is because of the stress and pressure you are put under,someone in head office should start paying attention to what is really going on.
