    + Everyone can speak their mind + Great work-life balance, the company cares about you and your family + Fair salary, using objective guidelines + Many offerings to grow (personally and professionally) + Constant changes, things that do not work are changed + Challenging tasks, without overtime

    - Sometimes there are too many changes (a team can be renamed/refocused quite a couple of times during a year) - Communication overhead, I'm in almost 100 slack channels
