    Pros

    Most of the people are great but some are untrustworthy. A few good managers and flight benefits.

    Kontras

    Very little flexibility depending on your manager. Lack of leadership leads to indecision, poor quality of work and mistrust. No one takes responsibility for anything and their egos come before the company's best interest. Very limited opportunities for career growth, it's based on who is liked and not who is qualified for the role. The manager to employee ratio is off which leads to managers having more time on... their hands to micromanage.

    Promote people based on qualification and not who is liked or friends with the right people. Train your managers!!!!!!!!!!

    Hiring process takes way too long and lacks communication at times

    Rat an das Management

    Train your recruitment team to respond to candidates and to keep them updated. Not communicating with candidates during the interview process, even for simple updates on process, is unprofessional. JetBlue loses great candidates due to long wait times with no form of communication.
