Ignorance, ineptitude, spinning their wheels, burning millions of dollars - Developer bei Invesco: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Benefits are top notch, easy to shine above peers. Good work life balance.
Kontras
This company has no idea what it's doing, and is burning millions of dollars on vendors and creative firms when obvious issues are right in front of them. The financial advisor model is going to be dead in the next 10 years. They know this, and keep paying lip-service to digital first and 'SEO', when they have no meaningful metric or ROI for conversion online. Technical leaders have successfully tied ropes around employee productivity in the name of security. As well as handing over digital infrastructure and data to vendors who will continually bill exorbitant licensing fees for the privilege to use their services, that the company does not need. The least productive people seem to get promoted to senior management positions. Managers are a lot of talk, ALOT of meetings, and almost zero action.

Pros
Everyone at the company is ready to help or explain when you're new. The goal is for everyone to succeed if they want to. Overall, good DEI efforts for this industry and a great work-life balance.
Kontras
Low pay, not great healthcare benefits, a lot of changes in the past year and seems like more to come. No clear path to move forward and "top-tier" technical work is not enough to get you there apparently is what I've been told.
