The executives at the company are open to speaking with you one on one if you reach out to them. Brainstorms for RFP's are a lot of fun because everyone is open to all ideas. There's always music playing in the office. The environment is very relaxed and flexible, far from rigid or strict. Not mandatory to wear business attire. You can wear casual clothing.

In house inventory (where promo items are kept for events) is disorganized. There are a few people who will try and micromanage, especially if they see you come with good ideas for the company.
