Probably the best benefits you’ll ever come across in the field - 401k matched; health, dental, vision; employee stock options, PTO two weeks when you first start… that’s what’s keeping most of the employees there. Pay is competitive compared to other similar places. If you can find another place where the pay is comparable or more and the same, if not better, benefits, then go there.

Great place to start - like other places, it’s what you make of it. You’ll see a few people who really care about what they do and then there’s others who think it’s just a job to them that pays the bills (and there’s nothing wrong with that).
