Strong company values and access to resources; delightful people on staff who are always up to help eachother out; kind guests just looking to relax; fully booked schedules; guaranteed gratuity (17% for each provided service) included in paycheck with base wage and the occasional extra cash tip from guests; good benefits; straightforward work environment; compassionate management that actually makes an effort to work with your schedule and comfort level; fair point system for absences; team meetings; and - of course - free chocolate.

No microwave in the break room, but includes a fridge and plenty of top tier food options around town. Can also bring a mini crock pot to reheat food.

Pros
It’s a fun job working with guests and other employees. I personally embrace the excitement of the guests riding the “attractions” (rides). I joke around with the kids and adults, especially guests who are slightly concerned about the thrill rides.
Kontras
When I first worked there, our area was spread over 19 rides, so there was constant variety. In 2023, groups were changed and our group basically had 7 rides. It became quite monotonous working the same 7 rides over and over, many for multiple shifts.
