    • Full-Remote. A company that's been doing it since day 1 and knows how to handle the down sides of it , which is rare on the market. • Culture based on great values. "Empathy leverage productivity". Speak-up value, you can express yourself on anything in the company. You can challenge the founders in the middle of the weekly meetings if you'd like. • The manager of the TA team is one of the best I... have ever met • Founders are close to their employees, they listen to them and act on it. • Learnings and iterations happen fast

    Pros

    Working at Heetch is something very special as you'll probably not found a company similar in its processes and ability to create a good dynamic and hire very talented people. This is something really wonderful, as all the people you will meet are fun, passionate and expert in their own domain! Being a Remote First Company, you get a lot of freedom and trust regarding your way of working as long as you can make... it work, which means no micro-management. The company is growing fast and offers a lot of challenge to tackle which is really exciting and can allow anyone to really bloom in their working domain as long as you're willing to make things happen and take the lead if needed, with the responsabilities following of course.

    While one of the modo from the company is "General Interest First", a lot of people are thinking about their own interest and will often say "this is not my business, I'm not helping you on this", which can be very surprising in a young company. Also, the company has been growing so fast that the Founders weren't really prepared for that, which made a lot of bad decisions being taken, making working conditions... less confortable than they used to be, and an overall pressure and mistrust from other people which can make the mood being really weird and depressing sometimes.

    Be more transparent The company has been growing fast, and things that were possible at the early beginning aren't anymore. People weren't warned about this and were sanctioned for behavior which were totally tolerated before. If the rules changed because the company needed to, say it openly and clearly, people will understand and adapt or leave with the knowledge that the company they once joined isn't anymore.... Have a Vision The company is definitely lacking a cohesive Vision which can onboard people and develop over time. Every 2 quarters, the plans changed and it doesn't help to plan for the long run when the Founders themselves don't really know where they want to go, and so, how to move forward. Get a Career Path When you're joining Heetch, there's any plan to make you growth on your professional career. You don't really get any coaching or questions about where you want to go in your career, and so on, the company doesn't really invest into people to make them growth. People are willing to give you their very best to help the company become the best it can be, help them back growing as individual.
