This compnay has good values is patient centered, and has access to modern technology.

Pros
The hospital was new and had state-of-the-art equipment. The documentation software is easy to use.

PRN employment is very one-sided. They will schedule you months out, expect you to be available, but not only do they cancel often at the last minute if census is down.... they TRY to cancel by grouping patients (even if it isn't the ideal situation for the patient). Working there feels somewhat like an assembly line with no time to plan your treatments.
