Ich arbeite seit mehr als 10 Jahren bei Hatch - Vollzeit

    Pros

Hatch offers a great deal of opportunities in different areas and flexibility

    Kontras

Senior management continually falls short on recognizing strong performers within the company and as a result we have lost a lot of very good people.

    Rat an das Management

Hatch seriously needs to implement ACTUAL performance based recognition programs. Share offers, increases, bonuses and promotions are based on who you know rather than what you bring to the table. I’ve been part of far too many meetings and discussions with senior management where they frequently refer to the Yonge and St.claire days of Hatch and how good they were... they really need to move forward before... competitors leave them in their wake

Ich arbeite seit weniger als einem Jahr bei Hatch - Vollzeit

    Pros

Work life balance is great, very flexible. People are generally nice

    Kontras

Not a lot of development, as they want you to be billable. So if you don’t know something, it will be hard to get the training. If they need a skill set for a job they will hire someone or work someone remote instead of training local people. I understand the business side of this so I am not upset, but it is a con.

    Rat an das Management

Don’t have any as I think they are doing the best they can with what they have.
