    Salary and benefits are more or less market standard

    Kontras

    Avoid this company unless you are a sycophant. Management is only interested in consummate back-lickers. Useless people with back-rubbing skills thrive in that company. Technical people with hard-skills do not. No room for promotion unless you applaud management's ridiculous edicts publicly. Everything technical is being outsourced, so don't bother applying. Find a company where your technical skills will be... appreciated.

    Pros

    IT has designed and delivered multiple innovative solutions and continues it's transformation. ISG lead the Agile Innovation model and other companies are now following ISG's leadership. Great outlook for next 4-5 years with strong confidence and support for IT innovation.

    Kontras

    No real Cons to speak of. Many of the negative reviews are likely from people that just can't innovative, can't adapt to change in IT and are more operational (i.e. rinse and repeat) Developers and Analysts. The type of people that will THRIVE in ISG are the one's that are innovative/creative and can take the bull by the horn and push things forward. These types of people will get recognized and will have the full... support of the organization

    Pros

    Great pension plan, benefits and culture. Yoga classes, meditation and an onsite massage therapist. You do not see things like this in other work environments.

    Kontras

    There is still work to be done in embracing the work from home. Other companies embrace this and offer a few days per week remote. Studies show employees are more engaged and productive when there are flexible options.
