    Pros

    I was very impressed by the company culture and work life balance. I felt the upper management in my part of the organization really respected individual workers and their contributions. The company is trying to transform and launch new products, such as those out of the former HAD / "Highly Autonomous Driving" organization. The benefits were very good while I was there.

    The industry in general is unstable. This company is heavily linked to the Automotive Industry which is volatile. In addition, the company is placing their bets on future technologies such as Highly Autonomous Driving which is a very uncertain industry. I've heard benefits were significantly reduced due to covid after I left and there is now a hiring freeze. Although most of the management was quite good, there are a few week, poor managers who spoiled it. I chose to leave this otherwise good company because of some bad experience with my direct manager. Need more HR people on site. Remote "mail order" HR isn't always the best strategy to deal with significant problems. Fortunately, there were enough direct managers who were good enough to deal with many of the problems.
