    Pros

    People here are super ambitious, regardless whether it's an intern or a VP, so it's fun and rewarding working with them. Despite high expectations and certain challenges, the company culture has remained very positive (one of the company values is Positivity). You can rely on your colleagues and people help each other out. Compared to previous jobs of mine, there is a very low level of politics and just a high level of "get the right things done for the right reasons".

    Hopefully office environment (heat, noise) will improve when we move to the new office end of 2019.

    - You get to go to Berlin for a portion of your initial training. - Suppliers and accounts were great to work with. - Decent amount of PTO. - Most people were pleasant to work with and collaborate with. - Ambitious company

    Kontras

    - Inexperienced upper management with lack of professionalism, micromanagement tendencies, and passive aggression. - People get fired for reasons that don’t make sense. - Meetings that aren’t fruitful and could’ve been in an email or just disregarded as a whole. - Contract says a 40 hour workweek but people have left as late as 9pm and have been there since the morning. - Metrics used would need better forecasting rather than blindly guessing that you always want to double your goal. - Definitely going through some growing pains.
