Culture, Passionate energetic atmosphere. You use to be able to talk to all levels of people through out the organization.
Kontras
Micromanaged now, must meet daily/hour quotas, if not your scorecards isn't good. Owned by a larger company now and its all about bottom dollar and how much revenue is brought in. No more energy in the culture, and a lot of two faced people in management now.
