    The people and culture are amazing. Offer a vast array of products and services to clients. Very thorough and moderately priced. Pay is above average. Great reputation among clients and general public.

    Could use better benefits package, lots of meetings/bureaucracy to go through to get things changed

    Pros

    The office starts off friendly, they act supportive, lots of inter-office gatherings...if you want to do that. I'd rather hang out with my children. Casual dress was great but when projects went off the rails people were quick to throw you under the bus instead of working like adults to remedy the situation.

    Kontras

    Management is too busy having meetings, retreats and making plans to actually help all of their employees when it really matters. Your calendar will be filled with back to back meetings, you can't stop in and ask employees for help, the people who actually interact with clients get paid terribly and do too much work. But don't worry...there's free beer if you care about that kind of thing.

    You change things too often, you are unavailable, you say you don't expect people to work too much but you actually do because you communicate at 6am and 8pm via all channels.
