    Pros

Fantastic Co-workers! I work in a smaller office and everyone is so friendly and helpful. It's a very healthy work environment. Health Insurance Ability to work from home Good emphasis on Health and Safety Good place to start to gain experience

    Kontras

Hitting your billable goal is all that matters to them. You could be hating every aspect of your job but if you're hitting your goals, they won't even bother to look at you or change anything. There is high turn over and with that, constant restructuring of tasks and assignments which can wear people pretty thin. ERM will fire and individual with no plan in place on what to do in the future. PTO is accrued so if you leave the company before you have "earned your PTO" you will owe them money. The hiring and on-boarding process is a nightmare. You are pretty much on your own the first few weeks of the job and the job training is basically "baptism by fire".

    Rat an das Management

Give more leniency on bill ability. Also, hire managers/HR personnel who listen to their subordinates and actively strive to make change.
