Remote Mentality Culture is good Generous PTO but no longer unlimited for some Benefits are ok, could be better Flexible hours Christmas/New Years week off.

Hard to move up. High workload for some. Good ole boy network. Work goes unnoticed sometimes. Disorganized. Will tell you one thing to your face, but do another. Lower managers have no power. Siemens holds all the cards. Need to grind away in your position until they determine you're ready, not yourself. Below average pay for similar roles. High turnover. Loves bringing in contractors from India to create more problems than they fix, scared to hire more employees to help out. If you don't drink the Siemens Kool-Aid, you will be gone.
