Oh where do I begin… blatant favoritism. The policies for the sales reps apply to everyone, except one employee. Said 1 employee is allowed to steal leads from every other rep with no repercussions, they’re allowed to lie to students on their cell phone to prevent the calls from being recorded, and nothing punitive has ever happened to them. Academics knows this person lies for every enrollment and management flat out does not care. This is why we have the bad reviews we do. This employee also works from home despite there being a clear work from home policy that we all signed, and nobody is anywhere close to meeting the requirements.
The money is way off. The indeed posting says something like 60-75k a year, and all the sales reps (except for those random employees that were given a higher base salary from upper management) are lucky to break 50. You will not make 60-75k a year, you won’t even be close. Upper management lies and they are unwilling to listen to anything the actual salespeople have to say.
The good reviews we have were put online by the owners friends, they’re all fake. Our whole goal is just to lock students into a paper ‘loan’ so they can write it off on taxes as a loss.
