Pros

DZ is a global bank, but with a smaller footprint in New York/the US so there is tremendous opportunity to be exposed to different aspects of the business, as well as take on more responsibility earlier than might be possible elsewhere. Pay is good/seems to be in line with other banks, while work/life balance is probably better.

Kontras

Sometimes documentation and approval processes can feel sluggish, especially when driven by Frankfurt (the bank’s global headquarters). IT management could be a bit better as well, but I think a lot of banks suffer from this.
