This is the real Crossnowledge, not the lie presented to propects and customers. Avoid this company.

    Overall great company culture and lots of perks. Really great people and actually a great suite of products that you can stand behind when speaking to current and prospective clients.

    Kontras

    Salary much lower than that of equivalent positions in the area. Tendency to undervalue talent and no real growth opportunities. Direction of organization often unclear.

    Show your talent that you value them by getting realistic about salaries, not treating them like their prior experience doesn't exist, and providing them with real growth opportunities. You're in the business of leadership development, but you don't actually do this for your own employees. The management committee makes too many decisions in a bubble & your roadmap suffers so you need to start engaging ALL of your... BU leaders in the process and making more data driven decisions. Don't let changes in leadership destroy the amazing culture that you have.
