    Pros

    Habe viel gelernt, durfte eigenständig arbeiten, flexible Arbeitszeiten, gute Vergütung, netter kollegialer Umgang

    hatte mir gewünscht, nach der Trainee-Zeit übernommen zu werden, das ging leider nicht, sehr schade.

    Pros

    There simply aren't any Pros. The culture is rotten to the core and (somehow) getting worse. Front page scandal follows front page scandal. It is a mark of true talent to find the worst in every potential situation. That is the one thing that they excel at.

    The atmosphere is bunker mentality, you are constantly under siege. Unless you are Swiss, of course, then you hung the moon and the stars. The pressure to do more and more with less and less has led to a collapse in morale, despite continued messages about how much they care for employee's mental health and wellbeing. The latest financial shenanigans have cost billions so budgets have been slashed yet again. The technology across the bank is generally 20 years out of date, with excel spreadsheets in areas that the US banks automated in 2006. And the nit-picking, petty bureaucrazy is mind blowing. Yes the typo is deliberate. Turning on a light switch has a three page PPT with accompanying flowchart, and you will have to certify that you did it correctly at least once a month. Most of your working life will be spent on signing off petty processes, writing up your team for the smallest errors, and being investigated because you made a mistake while trying to manage the work of three people and cover for two more who are on sick leave from stress. And they do not believe in pay increases, so if you join, negotiate hard, because that will be it.
