    Ich habe weniger als ein Jahr bei Comau gearbeitet -

    Pros

    some prospects of career development, if you know the right people or have a good manager, which are rare you could balance work / life if you didn't fear for your job

    Kontras

    - low pay on contract /h, no paid leave, no sick leave, no bonuses, cap on hours put in, basically bypassing all obligations of employer - employee - 'team work' only when some manger needs something, and usually it urgent - don't expect to be 'employed' if they don't get a contract with a customer; I do mean the second they loose a bid, you are out. There is not even an attempt to absorb some costs associated to... keeping workers. No work, you're on the list; don't know anyone important, you're on the list. Normally if there is no work, some companies ask employees to take a few days off, put in a few less hours etc. Don't expect that here. You are just a number.

    I'd give advice if I'd care about this company, not that Management would listen and change anything. This is merely a venting tool....

    Project oriented business, but company is run based on a culture of standard product (FCA)

    Rat an das Management

    Let business units operate by what works best for them and their customer, don't be so focused on common practices for sake of common practices (One Comau ?)
