    Training is very good in the classroom Good team members and made good friends

    Salary poor Not enough phone training Coaching is conflicting Expected to take calls not knowing what you are doing. Systems aren’t good enough

    I can think of nothing

    Kontras

    - Old people that refused to listen to any ideas you might have had if you're technically under them in the hierarchy - Clock-watchers. Sixty seconds late would be met with a scorn - Extremely hierarchical and so full of useless middle-management job roles - Stiff corporate types where dress down day would mean wearing the same suit but without a tie - Absolutely no company culture to speak of

    Thankyou for your review. I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your time at our Co-op and had a manager that did not listen to your suggestions. This is not what happens at our Co-op, feedback and suggestions and made daily through various channels and this is all compiled and looked into by our Colleague Insight team who use this to make improvements for colleagues, be it big or small. Regarding our culture, our culture is about Being Co-op and this should be introduced to you either when your joined our Co-op or when we rebranded a couple of years ago. Being Co-op is about creating a workplace that celebrates difference. Somewhere we all feel responsible, valued, empowered and trusted to do the right thing for each other, our members and our customers. ^Catherine

    Pros

    Everybody gets paid the living wage or above regardless of age and they are reasonably accommodating when compared to other employers.

    Kontras

    Manager is disorganised and shifts can be busy. Often understaffed but that’s not different to other jobs in food retail.
