I was able to work there while attending the same university. I did end up getting a full time position after I graduated before figuring out what I'd do.

Inconsistent and severely cut summer hours if I wasnt management or higher seniority cook. Verbal promises of advancement and no follow through. They did what they could to let you have hope inorder to keep you around longer.

This company loves to promote from within! If you're looking to grow in marketing, this is your place! Relocation is huge with promotions. Pay is exceptional for marketing and operations. There is strong opportunity for innovations and for new associates to implement changes and practice their passions. Networking is highly important. You speak to the right people, your ideas will be heard and supported.

Sustainability is not prioritized, unfortunately. They have the potential, yet lack the support from senior leaders. Simple innovations should not require such prying from leaders. The Inequality across the board shows...where the company is selective with which fields receive the most support for growth. Senior leaders are too traditional with their mindsets, expecting long hours incomparable to their salaries.
