Kontras

May have missed chance against well established competition eg Recommind Equivio kcura Relativity Poor project management Stuck at sub $30 M after 15 years Seemingly Reliant on one big corp client Sales head known as bully and know it all Leadership may have taken this as far as can go Clients complain hard to do business with across the board Cheap: Employees have to write down each bottle of water they drink and pay at end of month Complicated pricing cause confusion and billing probs etc Salaries low end A lifestyle company? Total lack of marketing (until this year now much better)

Pros

It is the staff here that makes employment worthwhile. Collaboration and solid working relationships abound. Some departments have interesting work and learning opportunities. There is a good work-from-home program, employees are paid bonuses, vacation time is fair and the health benefits are very good. The CEO has great aspirations and enthusiasm for what he wants to do with the company.

Kontras

What is shared externally about the company is very different than the reality of the experience internally (an example in the review "Standout Company with Great Technology and People In Crowded Industry”). The lack of cohesion at the senior level is evident. Improvements in the work environment are difficult to get approved and are sometimes paid out of the pockets of the staff. When there is a failure in a process, some senior managers want to identify the "who" that is responsible. An anonymous suggestion process rarely ever yields any positive action or follow-up. Some managers that have been here for some time appear tired and lack enthusiasm.
