    Communication with staff not just branch manager. If a member of staff hands in notice due to a serious health condition maybe a phonecall or contact of some kind before they leave. No care or concern for staff or volunteers. People are just numbers and only concern is for profit.

    Amazing staff with big hearts who really care about the work they're doing. Felt personally supported.

    Kontras

    Senior leadership sometimes clash with each other creating semi-dysfunction. Didn't feel supported work-wise in my department.

    Would be great if the leadership team could work better together and agree on priorities instead of fighting for their own departments.
