    Pros

Flexible scheduling, ability to move up, easy job most of the time

    Kontras

MANAGEMENT. Most of the managers are high school drop outs who hate their lives and don't care at all about any of the employees. The only time they do anything is when the store manager is breathing down their neck. Also, you have a beg for a raise even after years of service.

    Pros

Lots of hours. Cash office experience was very helpful in obtaining a new job. Great coworkers.

    Kontras

I worked here for years and this job took a toll mentally. DO NOT go for customer service/bookkeeping unless you want to be stressed out, overworked, and under paid. You will be responsible for running the entire front end with no help from management. Often had to watch self checkout, run a register, run the service desk AND handle cashiers' tills all at once. No help at all and severely understaffed. Minimal... training. Only made cashier salary while doing opening and closing bookkeeping. Denied full time. Managers sit in the office all day and refuse to help. Could not take lunches often despite working 8,10 and 12 hour shifts because they refused to cover breaks. Management is petty and drama filled. They talked about me behind my back and spread countless lies about everyone. I even had one manager who would make me cry every night when I first started and would bully me because I was new and not trained properly. The only reason I stayed was because I loved the cash office work and I made great friends there.

    Rat an das Management

Do your jobs. Listen to your employees. Help your bookkeepers out, they need it. Stop spreading lies and picking favorites (and this is coming from a "favorite"). If you want to keep your good employees, pay more.
