- Very transparent organization. There is a huge Confluence instance that the entire org uses for their work. Everything (including a lot of financial data) is open by default. - Teams are empowered to solve problems in ways that work for them - Everyone really is very supportive of one another - Benefits are awesome. Fully paid health insurance, $1K home office setup, $600 yearly fitness stipend, 5 Month (!!) Parental Leave is unheard of in US companies

- Its a large company, could be easy to feel like a cog in the wheel - Team culture is what you make of it (not really a con). Teams can create awesome environments, or ones that are just ok to work in. - Lots of growth which can mean lots of new folks and changes
