You can get a good industry overview, work on different use cases and technologies. Work with various big companies. If you want it, you can get responsibility quickly. Good atmosphere and afterwork events like bbq on the roof.

Specializing yourself is hard as it depends on the availability of projects and whether you are staffed on them. You have to book every hour (but that's normal in consulting).

Great work environment! Contrary to other consultancies, AT will provide a work atmosphere where you can develop yourself and learn about the field (instead of being just left alone with the client). It is a growing company that is actively searching for ways to provide the best work conditions/spirit despite the constantly changing (increasing) size of the group. Beyond the buzzword, it's an environment where proactivity will make it worth your while. You are surrounded by people genuinely interested and enthusiastic about their work field. Perfect place if you are ambitious and want to gain quickly in skills and responsibilities.

The salary is slightly lower than some competition. Its continuous search for ways to improve the company means it sometimes goes wrong, but the company is generally open to criticism over unsuccessful changes. You have to be assertive about your wishes, curious about the possibilities and take part in company life, to really get the benefits of this company (not for everyone). Despite the genuine desire to be inclusive of non-german speakers, fluent German is still necessary for taking responsibilities in the company
