Ten-hour work days that habitually turn into twelve-hour workdays. 6. HIGH TURN-OVER RATES compared to similar airlines in ORD. For example, some Leads have less than 1 yr of service. Unheard of in the airline industry. 7. No teamwork. 8. Concierges watch movies while everyone else is working. They are not expected to help co-workers; only there for the Super Elite Customers.
