    The people here are nice They pay for parking or your train pass The Irish interns that work here for a year are pretty funny

    No flight benefits Unorganized management Expect to work more than 8-13 days at a time, 2 times in the year $13/hr Flights to Shannon and Dublin get cut in the winter so there’s only one more flight left . Expect shorts hours and your days to get cut in the winter time The computer system is annoying to learn at first but you’ll get use to it

    Try to hire people as soon as you know a group of people are leaving. Management knew these groups were leaving months ahead but waited the last minute to hire, leaving current employees to work 13 days straight

    Good team to support you. You always have people to help you when you need help.

    No flight benefits for vendors. I worked for many Airlines thru vendors and at least we get one flight a year. Aer Lingus give free flight everyone even for other airline employees but not for agents who check in and do gates and that cause a lot of people to resign.

    Rat an das Management

    I understand your customer services are out sourced but give at least one flight a year. They only will get on the flight if there is a space so nothing to loss for you. It will also makes your customer service agents to love their job and stay longer as they system is not fun to learn.
