Toxic manager, team leader and Environment in general, Its NOT a 9 to 5 job , you are expected to mandatory attended happy hours regularly after work. If you don't live in the city its a nightmare to work with this team cause you are expected to be in the office 4 times a week.High marketing targets are set for the underwriters and you have to figure things out on your own on how to achieve them. This is one of the reason for the high number of resignations of talent in the team across the country. Taking PTO is a pain .Everyone in the team is so overworked they do not have time to handle another persons desk.I would stay clear of this team by all means .I am giving it one star cause I got to meet few individuals in the company that were rather nice.So that one star is for those individuals .
