Avetta (the GREAT company I work for), gave me the joy/ honor/ opportunity (twice!!) to write lyrics, sing songs, and star in and produce videos!!! I LOVE this place!! My real position (in sales) allows me to CONNECT contractors/ vendors/ suppliers to very BIG-Name Clients so all participants (including thousands of real participating persons and their families) benefit from the synergy that Safety and Sustainability Consciousness creates and maintains among THOUSANDS of business partners (added bonus, this saves countless lives and grows thousands of businesses). Yes, you want to work here!

Hahahaha — I have worked in far too many lesser places (over many years and with well chosen A.A./ B.S. Degrees) to say there are any Cons. Unless you count: this company may over-utilize your gifts and help you grow your skills faster than you can imagine — and at times the growing pains are hard.

People are treated as numbers and disposed of like used napkins, the targets set belong to a world where glittery unicorns populate the earth, employees' lifes are made miserable by new software that is like the Hydra - one glitch is resolved only for two new ones to arise to replace it. Leadership focuses on petty details instead of addressing the real issues and everyone is expected to be positive despite the fact that nothing works and nothing is done to make it work. Any constructive criticism from employees is received, only to be thrown in the bin the second you turn your back. But mostly anything you say is ignored.

Pros
I love coming to work every day. Employees are friendly with each other and genuinely care about customers. Doing things better, smarter, faster is on the forefront of everyone's mind. I have never seen so many internal promotions at any other employer. Top management rolls up their sleeves just as much as the brand new junior employee.
