gutes Produkt, abwechslungreiche Tätigkeit, interessanter Markt, viel Freiraum, zum Teil sehr fähige Mitarbeiter

unrealistische Erwartungen, hoher Druck, zuviel Arbeit für zuwenige Mitarbeiter, Kundenbindung ist zum Teil schwierig

Pros
- An incredible platform, easily the best out there, hands down. It's gone through some major enhancements over the last couple of years, which have resulted in a phenomenal product - The best asset, by far, are the people at the company. Many of them have been working at Artificial Solutions for 10+ years, which shows not only their commitment to the company, and it's success, but also the commitment the company shows it's people - Recent listing on the Nasdaq First North has brought the company into an exciting time - Offices are friendly, and everyone is incredibly welcoming to new starters. Everyone is always happy to help - Ability to travel (Offices in Sweden, Barcelona, UK, US, APAC & Germany) - Flexible working (hours & location)

- Senior Management team is very male dominant, however, there is a focus on diversity and many of the new roles are fitting this mantra. I would expect to see a balanced SMT in the future - Career development path is not clear, however, this is something that you can control for yourself. If you identify opportunities to improve the way you work, i.e. courses or webinars, then you're enabled to follow these through

Pros
Interesting market and technology, very capable and friendly teammates, good atmosphere, nice office perks - drinks, snacks, flexible schedule. Very relaxed and pleasant working environment.
Kontras
Management is mediocre, unprofessional, and have no clue and no interest in managing engineers or motivated staff. No product strategy. No company culture and absolutely no career path (they don't think it's important! - e.g. I did not have a performance review in two years)

Pros
Great product that really is at the leading edge of sector. Friendly working environment with 'just do it' attitude. Good opportunities to travel to other offices in Europe and US and with interesting mix of customers in different geographies. Lots of smart, motivated people you can learn from. Very multi-cultural - need good English as it's the common language used throughout. Salary where it should be for the roles. Mid-sized company - small enough so you can make a difference and influence what's going on yet still big enough to provide support and look after you.
Kontras
You've got to be able to work under your own initiative as lots of pressure to achieve results on time. Barcelona office is really friendly but the office itself is in need of an update. Travel tends to be economy class - not 5*

Persone qualificate, ambiente internazionale, buon salario, buone gratifiche, eccellente equilibrio tra lavoro e vita personale (è permesso lavorare da casa).

Management Terribile, mancanza di visione, l'azienda rifiuta totalmente l'evoluzione delle tecnologie NLP e della tecnologia in generale e il top management non fa nessuno sforzo per sviluppare nuovi prodotti.

- Multicultural environment: we always communicate in English but it's really great to be able to learn from different cultures and backgrounds. - Innovative technology, that have the possibility to change the way we communicate with our devices. - Open door policy: with a very flat structure, anyone in the company can talk to even the CEO at anytime. - Flexible hours

- You need to able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. This industry changes by the minute and the company (and employees) need to adapt to this. - Lack of investment on Education or team building activities.

Pros
La gente que trabaja aquí es realmente el recurso más valioso de la empresa. Es un tipo de organización predominantemente plana, así que cualquiera que haya trabajado en empresas grandes y de estructura extremadamente vertical notará la diferencia (para mejor) al instante. El hecho de que el proyecto te exija trabajar de forma autónoma es una ventaja, aunque puede haber gente a quien no se lo parezca. La posibilidad de trabajar desde casa cuando se requiera. Gran producto.
