    There are a lot of pro's unlike the negative comments written by the employees who could not match to the culture of the organization. There are many pro's 1. Best in salary across industry 2. Premium transport facility ( never seen any organisation doing this in Bangalore or India) 3. Free Beers every month worth 1200 Rupees 4. Very Challenging environment where you are challenged every now and then making... you fit for the present generation where its all about competition. 5. We are the owners of the company and we take the results personally.

    AbInBev is pretty new to Bangalore and they are really doing good by improving everyday and every year compared to the ones who are here for long time.

    This organization never treated me as a employee they treated me as a owner of this organization .

    If they are treating as a owner , I own the company. To be frank I was a person in 2015 with less skills , and today in this company I have learned so many things and Culture of this company is the best part for me . I wish to stay in this company even after my retirement.

    Good Salary, Good Facilities, Nice Gift but after joining this company you are not eligible to work in any other company. If you wish to spoil your career, please join this company.

    The main challenge to work with this company are, the management is not supportive, they never satisfy with your activities, the tasks or activities are not much difficult but the business side and management will make your job very complicated. PIP is very common in this company. There is no work life balance in this company and you will not get any support.

    The management is not following the basic principles of this company, even the way they are working is not productive. It is advise to the management, by giving nice gifts, free AC cabs and good salary package will not help them to achieve the target, because at the end of the day the employees will see their job and if there is no job security the management will never get the good resources.

    Great Expat Leaders, free , beer, good canteen, transport, leave policy, awesome ambience, employe engagement activities.

    Indian (Mid level Job level 7A to 5B) leaders are TECHNICALLY ZERO. Focus on PPT & Less on capability. Variable pay/Bonus is a substantial Amount. (greater than <10 %) Indian Leaders are expat at reselling, hence depriving resources (JL 7B & Below of credits, highlights, R&R , Financial gains). Directors create their own comfort zone by hiring ex-colleagues (biased environment (E: ANZ director for... RPA/AA/COE team)
