    Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing environment encourages every employee to be empowered and own the change for their area of responsibility. The supply function is very results oriented creating a challenging yet rewarding culture. Diverse teams that solve complex problems which are different every day. High degree of mobility possible if desired.

    Constant change and challenge can become stressful and affect work/life balance. Not a 40 hour desk job. Variable compensation includes overall company performance as one of the factors which can negatively impact bonus payout in down years.

    Need to be cognizant that a key EVP is upward mobility opportunity for increased pay however cost control measures that de-band senior positions can feel like a crumbling staircase to engaged employees who buy in to that EVP.

    Physical infrastructure - No open space for anything other than sit and work, should seriously look for a bigger place to boost quality of work and employee involvement. IT infrastructure - Some gaps yet to be covered to help employees to achieve business targets. Multiple vendors but very poor control and accountability. Annual increment/Merit cycle - Doesn't reward the performers the way it should and end up... encouraging more of avg./low performers Growth - Flat hierarchy, so you have to beat lot of odds to grow. Also very rigid career progression paths, should create more verticals to bring growth pace at the same level as in other countries.
