    Great learning for fresh college graduates. Very supportive Senior management. Very effective On the Job Training methods.

    Kontras

    Can't think of anything specific. I would only suggest to Reduce the reporting formats. Way too many reports and meetings are held which reduces the efficiency of the team.

    Quite good job security, good employee benefit schemes. Acheivable bonus schemes.

    Kontras

    Weak management, too much focus on the ever changing strategy, no chance of progression, staff leave but are never replaced, total lack of training and development for low level staff, too many layers of management, cost cutting is destroying staff morale, management never listen to employee concerns, too many unsuitable systems introduced in the guise of cost cutting, engagement survey a total waste of time and... effort.

    Listen to your staff and implement a process / scheme that enables staff to progress, not just a select few that know the 'old boys network'. Get rid of inefficient management layers and stop introducing 'one size fits all systems and processes' as it shows total lack of understanding of how the business operates at ground level.

    Pay well at the time of hiring Product quality is good Globally number one company (no 4 in India) Very transparent in customer accounting (sometime very liberal)

    company has been not growing as per industry growth for last 2 years. continuously loosing market share across even in their high volume areas NO job security at all. One can be shown exit door at any point of time if results are not as per expectation for any smaller period even. Work culture is deteriorating Fire fighting approach in every work No ground level marketing job to create pull, only push... sales Very hard follow up. Seniors sitting above are more busy only in counting numbers rather providing infra Systems and processes are highly volatile because of high attrition rate at higher level. Man driven company In decorative business, whole business is run by a single mind

    Instead of following daily targets, talk about infrastructure with you managers don't change policies so frequently. discuss with middle management while bringing the changes Retain your employees at all level else nothing will be changed in future. Engage your employees with good HR practices and easing some pressure. Win their loyalty

    Great products- global expertise Parent company is a solid organization, and opportunities to move to that keep arising Once current leadership moves out (and it will), this will become the great place to work that it once was.

    Current leadership is horrible, and have changed the organization from a theory Y workplace to a theory X workplace. Some great core values, such as "courage and curiosity to question" and "developing the talents of our people" have been discarded- that says something. Little to no career or development path offered. HR is a hollow function.
