Great people and strong heritage

Health insurance for NYC employees is fairly poor if looking for out of network providers. For serious health issues in this city, unfortunately the best doctors do not take insurance and the plan barely covers any out of network claims. Officially they cover 40% but this is not the case because the insurer only covers 40% of what they consider the claim should be, not what it actually costs you. So rather than 40%, I've experienced between 0 and 10%.

No great benefits for part-time

Good discount program, okay 401K matching program. The health insurance is decent but the vision coverage is nonexistent (only covers New Jersey providers). No real way to build savings considering there’s no functioning stock or profit sharing program, and salaries aren’t high. PTO is fine (15-20 days off based on level), best part is the flexibility to take holidays like MLK, Presidents’ Day as floating holidays.

Great benefits with 401K and decent amount of time off.

I feel like the insurance options could be better. You pay a high deductible.
