Rat an das Management
Es wäre schön, wenn das Management 5-Tage die Woche pesönlcih anzutreffen wäre.
Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 3 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Dezember 2018 bei freenet digital GmbH (Berlin).
The interview process was crisp, fast and to the point. The whole process took around 3 weeks (from the first screening to offer letter).
1. The first round was the HR screening round on skype, where I was asked basic things to check my motivation, reason for change etc. A couple of overview-based technical questions for screening purposes.
2. Second round was a coding assignment, which I received on the same day as the screening round and was given a week's time to complete it. I finished and submitted it back.
3. After clearing it, I received the feedback about my assignment within a week, and another onsite interview was scheduled with the leads for next week.
4. The onsite interview was basically a get-to-know group discussion with the leads to see the motivation, attitude and whether I was right fit for the role. I also got feedback about by assignment in the politest way possible.
5. After the onsite interview - they dispatched me the draft of the offer letter the very next day.
Overall. Freenet Digital and their HR have set a remarkable benchmark for professionalism. Complete transparency with blazing fast process which will never make you wonder about your application.. Amazing experience & Amazing work environment!
