At easyJet, we’re all about opening up Europe to a whole generation of travellers. Because of our extensive network, simplicity and low prices, the possibilities to get-up-and-go and experience Europe are endless.

Join our fantastic team of Captains, Co-Pilots and Trainers and you’ll take on a key leadership role and set the highest standards of professionalism in everything you do.

As a pilot with easyJet you’ll be working with a great team and will have excellent development opportunities, a variety of European bases and a safe, modern A320 fleet all at your fingertips. We enjoy bringing the latest technologies to the flight deck and we’re always open to new suggestions. Highly skilled and passionate about flying, you’ll love the fact that on average our Airbus aircraft are only six years old. And even more new aircraft will be landing shortly.  

Thanks to the huge diversity of routes we fly from our various bases across Europe, you’ll also experience some of the more challenging airport destinations. And as we’re short haul, there’s lots of variety, quick turnarounds, short flights and multiple take-offs and landings in a single day but returning you home to friends and family. You’ll enjoy world-class training and being part of our supportive learning environment. Your route to command will also be faster here than at most other airlines with clear trigger points and criteria based on performance, as well as hours flown – excellent news for ambitious pilots looking to go further, faster.

Operations. Finance. Engineering. HR. You name it. Our central teams are the pumping heart of easyJet. They’re the ones who keep our operations efficient, our planes in the sky, and our airline smoothly running as one of the biggest in Europe. 

We’re a hard-working, fun-loving bunch of people who enjoy autonomy, taking ownership and high levels of responsibility. But rather than taking our word for it, we decided to ask our own people what they think about life at easyJet. 

They talked of the rapid progress you can make here. The support our Finance people get as they go through their accountancy qualifications – likewise in Engineering. Or any other area for that matter. It doesn’t matter which of our central teams you join, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to move about and try out something new. 

The trick is to always be open to new ideas. If there’s a smarter way of doing something, we say it. If it’s a good idea, we do it. And when it works, we celebrate it. And then do it all over again. 

They talked of the pride everyone has in their work – and the passion that comes with being part of such a multi-talented team.
