Ich habe in Vollzeit bei UNiDAYS gearbeitet (mehr als ein Jahr)
The people here are the best part about UNiDAYS. Everyone is so talented and you would make friends for life here. They offer a lot of flexibility in terms of working hours and holidays. They have lots of benefits that many companies don't offer. I enjoyed my time working here and so glad I got the opportunity to gain so much experience from my role. There is a lot of bad reviews on here but I would take them with a pinch of salt, you learn a lot here and gain valuable experience.
Progression is difficult, you gain all the right experience to be able to progress and gain so much knowledge but that is where it stops. You almost get to the top of your level and then it is very difficult to make it any further, even if you are technically doing the job role above you. Poor management. I feel that a lot of employees feel like they are fighting against each other and can sometimes feel like it's everyone for themselves. Sometimes feel underappreciated by other employees, management and departments.
Rat an das Management
To keep all the great people you employ you need to start offering better progression paths and give better training to managers so they can actually help.
Ich habe mich online beworben. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert bei UNiDAYS.
Although I did not get an offer at the end, my experience interviewing for this company was great. There were multiple steps before the actual in person interview but the whole process was a good learning experience.
