-Very international, English is spoken everywhere
-You will have opportunities to learn a lot
-I can honestly say people are very nice and fun. I've been in several companies and Travix keeps a very good atmosphere, there's not too much drama, you can make jokes etc.
-The company helps you in your career plan
-Very nice office in a central location, with a lot of facilities
-Young atmosphere, good company to start your career
-Low salaries and it's very very hard to get a raise
-Sometimes you get high responsibilitybut your title and salary doesn't reflect it. It allows you to learn a lot but it'd be nice to have it 'on paper'
-HR is a bit passive and avoids direct communication regarding salaries
-Top management is too focused on their high level fights and forgets about employees sometimes
-The turnover rate is very high but the company seems to simply accept it (especially for software engineers)

Take-home task of designing a system where you need to choose one of 5 problems. No actual coding needed but a detailed solution including assumptions, scale considerations etc.
Later a face to face interview with 2 senior members of the team.
