Ich arbeite in Vollzeit bei The Hershey Company (Weniger als ein Jahr)
-Outstanding company culture: kind, compassionate, cooperative, and understanding
-Best in class retail exscurion
-Great opportunity to gain sales experience
-Okay to make mistakes
-Iconic and fun brands
-Great benefits: phone service compensation, solid healthcare, car, business travel reimbursement, iPad, and more
-retail execution meetings every 6 weeks or so great for bonding with teammates and identifying business goals
- Free candy and clothing
- Many opportunities for career advancement
-Generous compensation from salary, overtime, cash bonuses, and cash equivalent sales awards
-Relocation necessary for promotion in retail organization, once promoted hours worked typically increases drastically
-Dealing with rude managers in stores
-At times, more of a glorified shelf stocker than a sales rep
-Depending on territory, long drive times
-Long hours to work in peak seasons
-Certain displays for stores are sent to your house and takes up significant space
-70% of the "training" is done on your own in the field, must be comfortable being uncomfortable
-sometimes the only option is to "work hard" not "work smart"
Rat an das Management
Provide better training opportunities to new RSRs. Perhaps a more traditional training period at home office.
