    Ich habe mich persönlich beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte mehr als 4 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Februar 2018 bei Syscraft Information System (Indore (Indien)).


    The interview process involved was a
    1. telephonic introduction
    2. F2F discussion
    3. Then I was selected at another company so did not interested to pursue further, also because company wanted to take machine round which I was afraid being niche skilled at 6+ years of exp. will be not good.
    4. Now after 20-25 days they calls back to consider the job position and why I didn't showed any interest. Now here I clearly communicate to that I'm not interested in giving machine round at my exp. level, they convinces me that it a process just a marginal process etc...
    I explained to them that company is trying to get a Proof - of - concept done through this process which is quite annoying as this is a spoofing an employee and misuse of a talent. again convinces me back that they are not in that process and machine round is just a formality.
    5. Now after all negotiation I went for the machine round.
    6. Clearly machine round questions were target towards a proof - of - concept design.
    7. I still gave it to my understanding that how much is needed to deliver.
    8. After that I move back to my office and being too late they cut my half day pay which costed me INR 700.
    9. Now they says me that they will definitely move on to my final round in couple of days, which of course was not going to happen as they were playing.
    10. Finally after some days of following company says position on hold.
    11. My concern if you do not have valid position and can't maintain your words why to waste production time of an employee.
    12. Is my overall mistake is I approached cleared first round and did not approach for which I clearly explained reasons as below
    1. POC
    2. Experience too high for such process I have been interviewed at fortune 500 companies a lot of times and they can judge just by a couple of lines of code.
    3. I have already joined somewhere else

    Overall It seems company is spoof, trying to misuse employee talent and playing dirty tricks in the market.
