    Ich habe in Teilzeit bei Star Entertainment Group gearbeitet (mehr als ein Jahr)

    Pros

    Most of the colleagues that I had the experience working with were amazing. They treat you fairly and kindly. The interview process was easy and chilled. You just need to demonstrate basic human quality such as decent communication skills and you have to some how act like a people's person. It is quite obvious given the fact that the majority of time you will have to deal with customers on your game tables. Most of the Pit managers are reasonable and understanding. It is not the hardest job so the bosses tried to make it an enjoyable experience for you. Once you deal upstair in the VIP rooms, there is a bit of extra pressure each game but on the other hand you get a bit of better treatment by the bosses as well.

    It is getting really hard to get more games as the salary increases a bit once you get more games and obviously people want more money so it is rather quite natural to be competitive once the application for new game is rolled. You pretty much meet the same people (staff and players as well), so you do develop a certain rapport with them. Despite popular media depiction, the players in the casino are mainly very decent people. You do get occasionally some pretty bad players who tried to curse and yell at you, my worse one is: you f***ing b****, u f**** bad luck and etc. but to be honest, it's sort of a non spoken rule in all job, you can not avoid bad people, just get used to it. Then again, trust me, those bad people are the minority, most of them are very decent and kind. I had occasion when a rich doctor offer to help me find a rich husband (I didn't take the offer but.... should I regret now? could have made my life a lot easier.... or not)
